The Reality Check
Most students in SS2 and SS3 face a massive crossroads as they prepare to leave school. While schools are great at teaching academic subjects, they rarely provide the “life skills” or the specific roadmap needed to navigate what comes next.
They face:
- Confusion about choosing the right course or university.
- Lack of knowledge regarding career paths and market demands.
- JAMB Anxiety, especially when things don't go as planned on the first try.
- The Skills Gap between classroom learning and the "new economy".
What is CTYC?
The Catching Them Young Conference is a high-impact gathering designed by Redefinelabs, a registered Youth capacity development organisation to bring together 500 students from diverse public and private schools.
